The double room I booked was nice with a bathroom, shower, and lovely decor, and it was great to have coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge available.

Particularly good location on the tourist spot in hk was a plus. Our stay was really really nice, and the entire staff were outstandingly accommodating.

The rooms were brand-new and neat. Convenient location next to transportation, the V City shopping mall, and tram stations. I felt safe during my stay. The bed was comfortable. The coffee and tea making facilities, as well as the refrigerator, were very handy.

The staff were efficient and excellent. the location was perfect and convenient, close to the MTR, light rail, major shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shops, and the train station.

Great location near public transportation, shopping center, and Tsing Shan Temple, just 2 km away.

The room was large with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and television. The view over city was great.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very helpful.

Enjoyed having access to satellite TV, being able to control the room temperature, and having a safe just for me to keep my stuff secure! 📺

we had a great time at cozi resort tuen mun. our room, themed after africa, was beautifully decorated and spacious. the location was convenient, close to public transportation and shopping areas. the staff, especially terrence and nick, were welcoming and friendly. the buffet dinner offered delicious roast beef and lamb. our kids loved the children's playroom with drivable electric cars. overall, a lovely adventure-filled stay for families.
